Be-7 production

As those involved with accelerators know Be-7 is made via a
photo-spallation reaction off light Z elements (O,N,C), and can be the
dominant radionuclide around high energy facilities.  The threshold for
this is around 30 MeV, so I doubt that there is a significant production in
reactors (at least via this mode).
