Re: Enhanced immune response??
Greetings,
I have a question. I did not understand from the previous postings.
Does the low doses increase T-cell production and improve immune system
response
when the total T-cell count is low? If so, it is cannot be related to
anything else beside radiation therapy treatment?
What about not to cancer related health problems.
Isn't true that AIDS patients have low T-cell counts?
But you saying that low doses cannot be used in other than Rad. Therapy cases
because.........? No data?
I can, not knowing much of molecular biology, see Jim's point that LDR
reduce/pervent cancer, it was known for a while that cancer cells self repair
abilities is low as well their reproduction abilities compare to normal
cells. LDR can prevent and reduce cancer cells reproduction and induce "bad"
mutations into the already mutant cells.

in the number of T cells or IL2. Researchers have given patients IL2 with

T cells. Extra T cells with no specificity to the tumor do little good.

But this issue seems a waste of time. The real issue is that LDR
prevents/reduces cancer, that enhanced cellular/molecular responses
are shown.
