Re: Electronic records

We have done away with many of our electronic records and do accept web
page completed forms as documentation of usage and surveys as you describe.
We included how we would handle these e-docs in our License Renewal to the
State of California and they accepted it. We have been inspected a couple
of times since instituting this without significant problem.
