Minimum Recordable Doses for TLDs

I need to find out what is common industry practice for the minimum
recordable dose for TLDs. I would like to find out the following
information:

1.	Type of dosimetry service (commercial, power reactor, hospital,
university, etc.)
2.	Dose quantities measured [Hp(10), Hp(0.07), or something else]
3.	Dose recording period
4.	Minimum recordable dose (MRD), for Hp(10) and Hp(0.07)
5.	What is done with doses below the MRD
6.	No. and type of TLD elements
7.	Critical Level, Lc
8.	Detection Level, Ld
