You are showing your age (Pooves I am younger than you!).  The "Barn Book"
as it was affectionately called, had the official name "Neutron
Cross-Sections" but is way out of date. There have been later compilations
by what is now LLNL and Bob Schenter at Hanford, who I suggest you contact
for the latest compilation in this area.
