RE: Brum and the Bomb

CCD Centralands science corresponded Goliath reports that although the
Americans have claimed the credit for reaching the moon, another story is
emerging. Experimenters in ancient China did much of the original,
groundbreaking work into rocketry which was to change the world.

Goliath's television documentary was suppressed by the American
Military-Industrial Complex, and will therefore be unavailable for viewing.

My point being that a basic discovery is nice, but can't replace the
thousands of person-years that accomplished the task.

My opinions alone.

BBC Midlands science correspondent David Gregory reports that although the
Americans have claimed much of the credit for developing the atomic bomb,
another story is emerging. Scientists and researchers in wartime Birmingham
did much of the original, groundbreaking work which was to change the world.

David Gregory's television documentary, BBC Midlands Report: The Right Side
of Wrong will be shown on Thursday 17 Feb at 1930 GMT on BBC2.
