Proceedings from 1997 NCRP meeting

I just noticed on the NCRP publications list that the proceedings from the
1997 meeting on the effects of fetal exposure are apparently not published
by NCRP.  Instead, this is noted:

The Effects of Pre- and Postconception Exposure to Radiation, Proceedings of
the Thirty-Third Annual Meeting held April 2-3, Published in the journal
Teratology 59(4) (April 1999)

Does anyone know if it is possible to obtain a reprint of this issue and, if
so, how one could go about contacting "Teratology"?  I've got to admit, this
is a journal with which I am unfamiliar.
