intentional misuse - proposed "cures" -Reply

Andy,

I don't disagree with your philosophy at all, but as Bill Lipton points out "it
is not about dose, it's about trust".

We are dealing with the perceptions of two disparate groups : the public,
which seems to have a disporportionate fear of radiation, and the NPP
types who appear to be working in situations of fairly extreme
regulation/control. 

I think we'll continue to see implied or direct criticism until we prove our
position, whether that position is that the lab uses are "safe", or that
nothing further can be done to prevent intentional misuse.
