hazmat regs, IAEA compatability - extension of comment period

In a notice in today's "Federal Register," DOT-RSPA is extending the
comment period for its "advance notice of proposed rulemaking" on
changes to shipping regs to make them compatible with IAEA - ST-1.  The
new due date for comments is June 29, 2000.

There's no excuse, now.  If you're impacted by shipping regs, get a copy
of ST-1 and comment!
