I'd recommend against this, for the same reason that chemistry students are
taught to add acids and bases to water, and not vice versa.  When you pour
one liquid into another of similar density, any splashes will consist
almost entirely of material already in the bowl.  Unless the pourer is
extraordinarily careful (and lucky), you'll get more contaminated human
waste spattered around from pouring the bucket than you ever did with
flushing.

I'd suggest asking a plumber if the toilet can be set up so the valve from
the tank opens slower and stays open longer.  If you can get the bowl
contents to empty before the rinse water gets too strong and the water
continues to run into the bowl for a while, it might rinse the stuff out
from under the rim.
