Re: X-ray Field Radiography
Very good question: usually we only refer to abnormal events in Industrial
Radiography considering only radioactive sources.
There are two X-ray citations in the IAEA Safety Reports No. 7 - Lessons
learned from accidents in industrial Radiography.
2.3.1 page 7 (case 6) and 2.6.4 page 26 (case 31).
