Oxford/Canberra LB5100 Y2K problem - Help -Reply

At one time NFS/RPS, Inc was selling a patch for the software and a fix
for the GPIB board.  I do not have experience with the effectiveness and
of course Canberra likely will not support a patch from another company. 
It was about $1000 at the time. The address, etc. follows.
