     If you've tried to ship anything by train lately (I have) it's very 
     frustrating. Trains really don't go lots of places anymore, and they 
     can't gaurantee any kind of timely delivery. Rail can sometimes be 
     cheaper, but it's definitely not as easy or reliable as trucking.

        Is it my imagine, or has the proportion of trucks on
this continent increased? I often wonder why trans-continental
shipping isn't better left to the trains. I suppose this is getting off 
topic, though.
