#2  	How do you control material hanging/suspended in the Spent Fuel
Pool?
		Is it labeled/tagged?
		Locked?
		Posted?

#3	How do you control trucks/vehicles entering the Reactor
Building/Turbine Building Truck bays?
		Do you survey and release the area?
		Do you survey and release the vehicle?
