radioactivity in drinking water, legislation

Hi,

Can somebody tell me or give a address where I can find the most recent
status of the legislation concerning radioactive substances in drinking
water in the USA. I have been asked to give an interview on the drinking
water issue and it would be good to be able to refer to the situation in
the USA.
