RE: What's a record?



I put a copy of all the information (shipping papers, leak tests, special
form info, receiving document) about the receipt of a source in a binder
labeled "Receipt of Radioactive Material." On the paperwork I handwrite
"Source received on XX/XX/XX date" then initial it. The inspector buys that.
