I disagree for the following reason.

(1) Ms. Brinkley states the following:

Brinkley told viewers that a report would be released that "indicates 
very, very heavily that the second you close a nuclear reactor, I   
mean, immediately, infant mortality rates go down."

Now, really, how can anyone make the claim above; that the second the 
reactor is shutdown, the mortality rates go down, at that very 
instant. 

The above statement by Ms. Brinkley, un-supported and with out 
evidence, being stated to a national TV audience, is definitely 
absurd. She is a celebrity. She has no scientific education or 
background on the topic she is speaking to. She is there solely due 
to her celebrity status, and that fact alone requires her to base any 
statements on validated facts.
