You are provoking the bad sides in me. You are absolutely correct. But what
would be the propaganda effect in measuring milk, precipitation and gaseous
and liquid emissions? 

Teeth of babies - what a great advertisment, what a wonderful emotion, what
a wonderful public relation to generate money for future actions!
