Perhaps following this precedent, the various utilities with nuclear plants
could file a class action suit against the federal government (or Clinton
personally, hey, here's a guy with almost no other legal problems) because
of similar gamesmanship at the national level, which has cost great sums of
money and arguably raised the risks of dealing with these wastes.
