RE: Sticky Mats

Not sticky mats, but a roll of absorbent paper, with plastic coating on its
underside, that can be taped to the floor. Taping is essential for
liability purposes of not tripping the patient, but your housekeepers will
get mad if they have to clean up the tape-residue off the floor. But then
again, you promise to clean the toilet if they promise to clean the
tape-residue!

Has anyone used sticky mats for the floor to prevent the spread of
contamination? If so, what is your experience, good or bad. I am thinking
of using them at the entrance to I-131 patient therapy rooms. Also,
suggested suppliers would be nice. - Dave Derenzo
