Genie 2k activity calculation algorithm

I would like to learn how the Genie 2K calculates weighted activity. I have
and read Genie 2k manual. Even though I can calculate activities of single
energy peaks (which match with the computer generated values), I can not
reproduce the weighted activity of  each radionuclide generated by computer.
I am working on BKG gamma spec. in soil. I will appreciate if someone would
