What companies sell complete irradiation systems?

Hello,

Does anyone know of companies which sell complete irradiation systems?  By 
complete irradiation systems I mean source, control panel, fail safe 
mechanisms, etc.  I am looking for a 2,100 Ci Cs-137 irradiation system.
