Who is Large?

Dear All

Does anybody know any details about a Dr John Large. He has recently been 
quoted in the UK press with regard to DU shells on MoD artillery ranges. He is 
just quoted as being a 'consultant' with no details of affiliations, etc.

This is just for my interest. I don't claim to fully understand the DU 
situation but some of what he is quoted as saying seems to contradict most of 
the stuff thats appeared here on the list.
