Is your facility monitor for natural background (radon) exposure?

What method do you use, (TLD, Air sample, area monitoring, stay time)?

What regulatory guideline(s) do you use?

Whom do you report this exposure to?

Do you add the radon exposure to occupational exposure?

Do you use any special form (Form 5, Form 4, Form X)?
