Just an update to Sandy's bio on Bertell. She no longer is a member of the IJC Nuclear Task Force. That group went out of existence at the end of 1999 when its IJC charter expired. Hopefully, there will be more knowledgeable people on the Son of Nuclear Task Force should the IJC revisit the topic.
