I don't have any specific infomation. However, it may help to know that these
devices are generally known as "SNAP" ("systems nuclear auxiliary power")
sources. They generally use Pu-238. It may be useful to search the Web sites
of the various national laboratories, which can be accessed thru: "
www.doe.gov".
