A minor correction to Otto's posting.  Jim was RSO at UC Irvine from 1979
until 1989, when he was promoted to Associate Director for Environmental
Regulatory Affairs, which includes environmental programs, hazardous and
radioactive waste disposal, the International Conference on Incineration
and Thermal Treatment Technologies, and radiation safety.  Jim brought me
to UC Irvine to be RSO in 1989.
