That editorial was not written by Jim Tripodes. He is the RSO at UC Irvine.
He was the person who posted the editorial originally, not the writer of
the editorial. The writer is an unnamed editor.

I am sorry for the confusion. I'm afraid the Editor who receives letters
complimenting Mr. Tripodes will be somewhat confused.
