WMD effects



The Hot Spot codes written at LLNL have the capability to do some 
damage prediction, fallout modelling and dose estimation for nuc 
weapons.  The codes can be obtained at 
<http://www.llnl.gov/nai/technologies/hotspot/>.  I've never used 
them for this function so I am not sure how well it works.  Also, if 
you are already a user of the codes, the Windows version is now 
available for download.
