LD50 for various animals?

Wonder if any radsafer could help with approximate LD50-values ("whole body"
photon radiation or alpha radiation) for some other species than "man" (and
woman). I searched the Radsafers archives and found 1000 Gy (100 000 rad)
for Drospohila. The best would be if you can briefly give the references as
well.

Rather than giving LD50 for a dozen of different rodents - it would be more
illuminating to have these values for entirely different taxonomic groups -
including some plants. Examples (if known - please give the scientific name
also): Millipede, housefly, earthworm, seastar, cod, snail, shrew, sparrow,
salamander, Ginkgo, spruce, dandelion, whatever,... I need this for
educational purposes - only to give an idea about the ranges. If complicated
info (=big files) - please email me directly.

This time I am not very interested in organisms like Micrococcus radiodurans
and other extremes.
