	--The 3-9% is the estimate of the Harvard group, applying to all
deaths. It is their number, not mine. But it seems plausible to me.
	Accidents cause less than 5% of all deaths. I would think that the
great majority of all deaths are premature relative to what would be
experienced in an insult-free environment, but that is just my judgement.
