Re: Exploranium GR-130



Our military fire fighters used to have a Walter Kidde instrument for level
detection of CO2 fire extinguishers. WIth this instruments, they
periodically checked the CO2-level in the extinguishers. The instrument was
used in the seventies and eighties (this fits your "20 years old" nicely).
Its source was a 37 MBq Cs-137.

I know that Saval, another company that delivered similar instruments, used
18,5 MBq Co-60 sources.
