Conversion question

Radsafer's;

     Does anyone have a typical conversion from cps to rem/hr for a Co-60 
sensitive Nai detector?  Particularly for an Area Radiation Monitor.  Given 
a known count rate I wish to use a known conversion (including the 
instrument used to determine the conversion) to estimate the dose rate in 
the area.  Thank you in advance.  Your help would be greatly appreciated.
