I would recommending keeping the RWPs for the same period you keep the 
dosimetry records.  From a litigation point of view the RWP has lots of 
information needed to support what did or did not happen -- instructions to 
workers, the worker acknowldgement, etc.  This is one of the most important 
documents out there.
