Human Biological Dosimetry

We have been asked to research an area that we do not normally work 
in - biological dosimetry for human dose.

The questions are "what is the dose that each of the following three 
tests will see both chronic dose and acute and how much does the 
testing cost?"

1  white blood cells for micronuclei
2  red blood cells for glycophorin-A molecules
3  chromosome painting.

We would also like references if we can get them.
