new RADSAFE home

I am happy to announce that Mike Stabin at Vanderbilt University has
graciously offered to take over hosting and moderation of the RADSAFE
Internet Mailing List.

Dr. Stabin is internationally-known for his work on internal dosimetry,
and is no stranger to moderating a mailing list (DOSE-NET).  I believe
that he will do a wonderful job with RADSAFE.

Information on the list changeover will be forthcoming.

I wish thanks and good luck to Dr. Stabin.  I would also like to say a
big public "THANK YOU" to all of the generous individuals who came
forward and offered to host the list.

(Further discussion of this topic should be done via private e-mail,
not in RADSAFE.)
