I have never heard or read that North Korea has been promised a breeder

reactor by the USA, nor that they have negotiated or insisted on one. Do you

really expect your government to be as silly as that? Your comment is a slap

in the face of US politicians and scientists and it shows a high degree of

non-information and political prejudice. Please accept that other nations

have different wordings, which should not be translated word by word. The

"threatening" with "war" is just a metapher as so many other wordings are.

Hopefully the US-politicians understand it as it is.
