    Great comment on April 1 or any other day , but I think the =

condition you describe where the media pretty much controls public =

policy might better be defined as "Mediocracy". It should cause no  =

problem if this were to be confused with the word "mediocrity", since =

the two terms could essentially be used interchangeably.
