No, I agree with Gary that any measures taken or proceduralized 

should be commensurate with the risk and effects. My only observation 

that there are many who seem to believe that there are never any 

risks that require any QA program be in place. I do not agree with 

that view. Each program should simply identify what procedures they 

execute, determine the potential errors and the magnitude of the 

potential adverse effects, and act accordingly.
