As far as I remember my studies concerning nuclear facility (in France),

nuclear power plant are not designed to resist to a full fueled airplane

crashing onto a nuclear power plant. The external building housing the

heart of the power plant has been designed to resist to ONE engine

crashing onto it. Not a full fueled airplane...
