It is not only all you say, but they would not all be licensed in our life

time.  The military type anthrax can be handled the same as you would an

object with loose radioactive contamination (angel dust type) in a perfectly

safe manner.   Hell, the stuff does not kill you overnight, and if you get

the symptoms several types of antibiotics can kill it.  The flu season poses

more risk than from 2,000 terrorist spreading anthrax uninhibitedly.  Nice

word huh?
