Irradiation of Mail

The morning news had an interview with a( Dr. Ray?) this morning who

apparently has a contract with the Washington DC area postal service to

irradiate mail at the Titan facility?  I came in on the end of the

interview but he stated the post office would bag the mail twice,

disinfect the bags, box the bags and ship them to his facility.  Then

the boxes would undergo electron beam irradiation.  Apparently credit

cards are not harmed by this process but obviously electronics would be.



Anyone else see this interview or know more about it.
