Re: Rad Worker Layoff??

Tom,

In commercial nuclear plants, a worker who had a therapeutic (or even a diagnostic

procedure) generally would be re-assigned to non-radiological area. In my opinion, if

an employer laid off a worker due to a medical procedure, that employer would be

open to litigation for the layoff. Kind of heartless as well.
