You know, I thought of that before writing the piece on oil storage tanks. However, it seems to me that we need to point out obvious threatened areas. Moreover, one of the elements of a terrorist attack -- the main one -- is surprise, and if we are as a public aware of vulnerable sites, the surprise element is lost. It's much the same as saying we are improving airport security.
