NCI and Hudson Riverkeepers Request Emergency Shutdown of IP 2/3

I would be interested in your non flaming comments on this emergency petition.

IP 2/3 are very similar to Salem Uniys 1/2, including the lack of cooling towers

and consequent fishkills.
