Fritz,

    I  agree. I certainly do not advocate disposal of spent fuel in the

ocean - or by any other method. I would like to see the reprocessing

 of spent fuel, recovery of fissionable nuclides and any other

radioactive materials the may be useful, then disposal of the residual

high-level waste in the ocean.
