I would recommend to use the straight-forward-method and to contact the IAEA

directly via e-mail and ask them.



I might be wrong, but in case you refer to SAFEGUARDS, I think their task is

not to chase weapon-grade material, but to verify that no fissile material

has been diverted for the production of nuclear weapons.
