Michael, I am sure they can not post all of their supporting papers because 

of copy-right problems.  I asked Dr. Field for all of the papers supporting 

the Iowa study and he was kind enough to forward them to me.  The other 

alternative would be to go to a University that has a medical library.  The 

American Journal of Epidemiology has a word limit and by the looks of the 

Iowa Study, they exceeded the word limit.  I am happy they took the time to 

publish all the methodology papers before the major findings paper was 

published.
