Price-Anderson Indemnification of Research Reactor Contractors

The University of Michigan is currently soliciting proposals for the 

performance of a site assessment in anticipation of decommissioning.  One 

of the bidder has asked a question about Price-Anderson and applicability 

to the contractor.



Can anyone tell me if Price-Anderson currently extends indemnification for 

hazardous substance claims (nuclear accidents) to research reactor contractors?
