Instrument Tracking Database

I'm looking for a commercially-available database application that is

designed for tracking Radiation Detection and Measurement Instrumentation

inventory.

Capabilities of interest include:

Grouping together all relevant information for a particular instrument into

an auto-updating "permanent record"--to avoid a database that "grows"

drastically with each log in/out of an instrument while maintaining a

complete inventory of instruments entered

Tracking and querying by various types of information, such as instrument

number, type, location, calibration expiration date, custodian, special

settings, etc.

Auto-generating recall lists for instruments which are soon to be due for

re-calibration

If anyone knows of a currently-available application, please e-mail me with

further information at dakeith@lanl.gov.

Thank you,
